Delete your Moderatio account

In the app: Me › Delete account. On the web: sign in at moderatio.app/app, then Me › Delete account. No access to either? Email privacy@moderatio.app from your account email with the subject "Delete my account".

What's deleted: your account, email, every drink, night, morning answer, reason and occasion, your settings, your devices and your subscription status. It goes from our live database at once and from our backups within 30 days. Your weight was only ever on your phone; deleting the app removes it.

What's kept: records Apple, Google or Paddle must keep about purchases, under their own policies. A drink you suggested that we published stays in the shared list, with no link to you.

Your subscription: deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings, or through Paddle if you bought on moderatio.app.
